1. SUPER WATERMELON COOLIE

½ Watermelon, seedless and chopped
½- ¾ Cup of Blueberries (frozen is ok)

Toss together in a blender, add water as needed


2.GINGERLOPE SMOOTHIE


1 Cantaloupe peeled and de-seeded
1 Handful of Seedless Grapes
1”- 2” piece of Ginger, depending on how strong you like it

Blend together with water if needed

3.CANBANWI SMOOTHIE

1 Firm Kiwi
¼ Cantaloupe
1 Ripe Banana

Blend adding water to your prefered consistancy

4. GREEN GODESS

½ Cantaloupe
½ Bag of Spinach
Water to Blend

5. BANANA ISLAND DELIGHT

5 Very Ripe Bananas
2-4 Stalks of Celery

Blend bananas before adding celery. Thick, creamy, delicious!

6.VITAMIN C SMOOTHIE

2 Oranges
1 Big Handful of Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 Small Handful of Unsweetened Cranberries
Water

Stop and test your smoothie as the cranberries can add quite a bite if your not careful.
If your palate still needs sweet, feel free to add more strawberries or honey.

7. MANGO STAR SMOOTHIE

1 Large Ripe Mango
1 or 2 Frozen Bananas
1 Bunch of Spinach

Add water and blend

¾ Cup Blueberries
